WHAT_AAK’s second auction

WHERE_Bethnal Green Town Hall Hotel, London

WHY_To raise funding for their projects that provide creative opportunities for young people in some of the most deprived areas in London. Numerous artists, designers and illustrations including Antony Gormely, Christopher Kane, Tracey Emin, Wolfgang Tilsman, Rob Ryan donated works to help AAK. We donated a series of Gob Shop Prints and I (Suz) donated one of my prints to the auction. We were kindly invited down for the event by Katy and Oliver, so me and Charlotte brought Mister Batlow, Josh Sutterby and Grace Ladoja with us. We had such a fun night. The auction was a-maz-zing. Ed the auctioneer was incredible, standing up on his desk and everything. Oh how we laughed. The Over It & Co donations ended up raising £1,000 for AAK which made us very happy. Over It & Co is going to be collaborating with AAK for the month of april in their recently opened gallery space in boxpark, I’ll keep you in the loop.
